As of January 2022, renovations to the course and upgrades to club facilities totaling 6.5m are now complete!

After playing a round or two, you can enjoy a meal or simply relax in the private 13,000 square foot Clubhouse for a full Briar’s Creek experience.

What does a Briar's Creek Membership Cost?

Briar’s Creek Memberships are not required with homeownership, but they are highly encouraged to take full advantage of the wonderful neighborhood amenities at the Briar’s Creek Golf Club. Memberships are not included in the purchase of your home or homesite, however they are available to all property owners.

Golf Memberships require an $85,000 initiation fee, with monthly dues depending on the membership level. Social memberships are a non refundable $5,000 initiation with a minimal monthly fee.

Golf Membership at the Club is by invitation only. Social Memberships are available to all property owners and those who no longer golf, but would like to stay active in the club. Social memberships include access to all Club facilities except those specifically related to golf - course, driving range, etc.
